The Association of Laguna Technopark Professionals in Human Administration, Inc. (ALPHA) is a non-stock, non-profit organization registered at the Securities and Exchange Commission whose primary purpose is to organize and bring together human resource practitioners within the Laguna Technopark Economic Zone, in the cities of Biñan and Sta. Rosa, Laguna, so that camaraderie and mutual help can be promoted and enhanced. At the same time, attain closer relation among locator members.
ALPHA, in partnership with different government agencies, both local and national, together with different private institutions, is promoting the general interest of its employees in the areas of labor-related issues, health and safety, employee welfare, wage related issues, training and development, sports development and social responsibility among others.
